Support Coordinators can do the searching and coordinating of services work for you and support you to choose how you want your services to be provided and who you want to provide them.

SafeZone Support Coordinators can help you find mainstream and other disability services that are right for you

When you have an NDIS plan Support Co-ordination can help you to understand the NDIS plan, implement the support and connect or link you with informal, mainstream, community or funded supports services.

• Understand the NDIS and your Plan.
• Find and connect with local mainstream services or NDIS support services.
• Assist you to discover service providers who can be a good match for you to achieve your goals. 
• Understand your budget.
• Work out the best way to spend your funds.
• Link you with your local community.
• Guide you to use the myGov website and NDIS Participant Portal. 
• Prepare for your NDIS plan review.

Support Coordination is funded under Capacity Building – Support Coordination in your NDIS plan.

If you do not have Support Coordination in your plan, SafeZone welcome private customers to do these tasks.

You can choose to pay for some services with your own money. This can assure you have the support you need if you don’t have access to funding program.
